Drive Client Growth and Curate Unforgettable Experiences at Reia Collective as our Event Manager
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the Reia Collective, elevating our restaurant group’s reach and building meaningful client relationships? As our Event Manager, you’ll lead the charge in client acquisition for our three unique venues, bringing high-value events to life through seamless collaboration with our operations team. This role is central to expanding our clientele and transforming each event into a signature Reia Collective experience.
Your Role: Client Acquisition & Event Excellence
Your primary responsibility will be to attract new clients for each of our three venues, ensuring smooth coordination between the client and the operations team to deliver top-tier events. Through your commercial acumen and hospitality expertise, you’ll foster sustainable growth and elevate our reputation as a premier destination for curated, culturally infused gatherings.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
Proactively seek out and attract new clients for casa reîa, Black Trumpet, and No Convento, positioning each venue as a premier location for both corporate and private events.
Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy, building partnerships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, and community groups to consistently fill the events calendar.
Build lasting relationships with new and repeat clients, showcasing each restaurant’s unique ambiance, culinary offering, and cultural programming.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, identifying opportunities to adapt and grow our offerings to meet market demands.
Seamless Coordination with Operations
Serve as the main liaison between clients and the operations team, ensuring clear communication of all event details, goals, and special requirements.
Work closely with restaurant managers and chefs to align event expectations with operational capacity, from menu customization to service flow.
Oversee event logistics and coordination, ensuring that every detail reflects the high standards of the Reia Collective experience.
Provide on-site event support as needed to ensure smooth execution and to address any last-minute adjustments.
Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking
Regularly monitor and report on event sales, tracking client acquisition metrics and providing insights into trends and growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain a sales dashboard for tracking the success of event bookings, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership review.
Assist in preparing post-event reports that analyse event performance, client satisfaction, and areas for future improvement.
Qualifications for Success in this Role

Proven experience in events management and client relations, ideally within hospitality, fine dining, or a related industry.
A strong commercial mindset, with demonstrated success in client acquisition, networking, and relationship management.

Detail-oriented with outstanding organisational skills, capable of coordinating complex events and multiple client needs.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic sales tracking software is a plus.

Your Role in Our Financial and Operational Journey

Financial Management and Reporting

A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

This dual-role position is critical for maintaining the smooth running of both our financial processes and day-to-day office operations. By ensuring efficient office management and assisting with financial administration, you’ll help Reia Collective maintain its operational excellence and continue to thrive in the vibrant Lisbon hospitality scene.
Your Role: Efficient Administration & Financial Support
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Financial Controller with a variety of tasks related to both finance and general office administration. Your efforts will ensure that our financial records are accurate, our office operations are seamless, and the team is equipped to drive Reia Collective’s growth.
Financial Administration & Reporting Support
Assist the Financial Controller in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation of financial transactions.
Support the preparation and management of monthly financial reports, ensuring that key financial data is organised and ready for analysis.
Help track and report on budget performance, collaborating with department heads to monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Aid in generating actionable financial reports that provide insight into revenue, expenses, and the overall financial health of the organisation.
